The sunset sail will include your favorite cocktails, selected wines, craft beers, and gourmet charcuterie boards to delight you and your guests. As the afternoon comes to a close, sit back with a glass of wine or cocktail and watch the San Diego skyline light up as the sun sets. We'll adjust the departure time to fit your schedule, weather, and sunset times. This is a private sailing experience for only you and your guests.
What to expect when you sail with us
Whether it's your workmates celebrating the end of the week or a romantic sail for you and your love, nothing compares to a sunset sail aboard Riviera on San Diego Bay. Our captain and crew will take care of everything for you so that you can focus on enjoying the experience.
It all starts with a phone call. Together we'll choose a departure time that allows for the optimal sailing experience. We'll discuss menu and beverage options, weather conditions, and what to expect during your sunset sail.
As with all our sails, you'll choose your own menu which can include hand-crafted charcuterie boards made from fresh, seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients and custom cocktails guaranteed to delight your palette. Please share any dietary restrictions or food allergies so that we may plan accordingly.

All sails are private and planned exclusively for you and your guests.
The Riviera can accommodate a maximum of six passengers.

We depart 2 1/2 hours prior to sunset.
The sail lasts up to 3 hours.
San Diego Bay offers so much to see! From sea lions and dolphins, to Navy Seals and FA-18 fighter jets taking off from NAS North Island. As the sun sets, the glow of the San Diego skyline is breathtaking!
The cruise is all-inclusive. We provide a fantastic appetizer menu and a full bar. If there’s something specific you’d prefer let us know.
You may, but we have a fully stocked bar and wonderful wine & beer list.
Up to 6 guests. For groups of more than 6, please call us to arrange a bareboat charter.
All our sail excursions are private.
San Diego’s climate offers year-round sailing. The fall and winter months have the most spectacular sunsets.
Our guests are encouraged to play their favorite playlists on the yacht’s sound system.
When the sun sets it will definitely cool down. We provide electric heated blankets, but a jacket or sweater is recommended.
